Arthur’s father, founded the family law firm in 1938. Arthur joined him in 1990 and they practiced together until 2010. Then, in 2012, Arthur Winstein opened up his sole practice, now known as Winstein Law. Arthur has been practicing for over 30 years. He obtained his Law degree from Washington University in St. Louis. Arthur then went on to work for Wegner and Bretshreids, an intellectual property law firm in Washington, DC before returning to raise a family in Rock Island. It is this commitment to family, both past, present and future where he realized his passion to start his own firm to help others.
